Catamaran Evenstar
Where Luxury meets adventure!
Embark on a luxurious journey aboard the Evenstar, a stunning 2025 55′ Lagoon sailing catamaran, where the romance of the old English evening star meets modern opulence. As the first “star” of the night, the Evenstar symbolizes Venus, shining in the western sky at dusk, embodying purity, hope, and the enduring light of love. This symbol comes alive aboard the Evenstar, where every sunset marks a time of peace and thankfulness. Set your anchor and gather with loved ones to share meals and stories, celebrating the day’s adventures and the promise of tomorrow.
The Evenstar catamaran elevates sailing charter luxury, featuring four expansive queen berths, each with private ensuite baths, electric heads, vanity, and separate showers. The yacht’s interior, bathed in natural light and equipped with custom air-conditioning, offers an inviting ambiance. Guests can relax in the salon, perfectly designed for lounging or dining, or enjoy alfresco dining with a view. The top deck and villa-style aft lounge area provide unique spaces for relaxation and socializing. Whether you’re seeking a communal gathering or a quiet corner to soak in the Caribbean’s beauty, the Evenstar catamaran promises an unforgettable experience of comfort, elegance, and adventure under the watchful gaze of the evening star.

Meet the Crew
Born and raised around the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, Tim has spent most of his life on boats — both motor and sail — developing a deep respect for the sea and a passion for adventure. His love for exploration and connection with people has taken him far and wide, eventually leading him to the Virgin Islands, where he now shares that sense of wonder with every charter guest.
With a strong background in racing yachts and a drive to continually expand his skills, Tim has earned advanced certifications that reflect both his commitment to safety and his passion for sailing. His calm, steady leadership makes him a natural on the water, creating a safe and relaxed environment where guests can fully enjoy island-hopping, snorkeling, and soaking in the Caribbean sunshine.
Beyond sailing, Tim’s interests are as hands-on and adventurous as his charters — from snowboarding and traveling to restoring historic homes. He’s also a master of the grill, known for taking home awards in BBQ competitions and bringing serious flavor to the table.
Tim lives by the motto: “It’s all about the experience.” Whether it’s your first sail or your tenth, he’s dedicated to crafting unforgettable days on the water, with just the right mix of adventure, local charm, and laid-back island vibes.
Chef Zara Browne
Zara was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to Long Island at a young age where she found her love of the water. She spent her weekends sailing with her Dad and exploring the North Fork of Long Island. When she wasn’t enjoying the outdoors she spent her down time at her family’s restaurant in Hoboken, NJ where her love of fresh quality food began.
Her professional background has always been in the restaurant industry and hospitality. She has over 15 years of bartending experience and another 5 years in luxury concierge services working closely with high profile NYC restaurants, planning extravagant events, and running private spas and gyms.
When Zara felt she wanted a change of pace she decided what better way to bring her love of hospitality and the water together than joining the yachting industry. She has been lucky enough to work under multiple yacht chefs where she has been able to add a new layer of knowledge to her personal culinary experience.
Zara has always had a passion for bringing a memorable experience to her guests and looks forward to helping form unforgettable memories through food, cocktails, and the ambiance of the islands.
