A lifelong sailor and certified diver, Ron tailors each itinerary to his guests’ interests — from serene anchorages to thrilling snorkeling and hidden coves. His deep knowledge of the waters and commitment to safety ensure every journey is both exciting and effortless.

Chef Mary is the spirit of Merry-Time. Her kitchen philosophy is simple: good food brings people together. With roots in Tex-Mex and Cajun flavors, she loves crafting vibrant, wholesome meals that reflect both the islands and her southern heritage. Whether it’s sunrise huevos rancheros or a sunset seafood boil, Mary ensures every meal is full of flavor, laughter, and love.
