Captain Stjepan Marinkovic brings over 20,000 nautical miles of experience and a calm, capable presence at the helm. A licensed Yachtmaster A (100GT) with BVI Boat Master Grade 2, STCW VI/1, and GMDSS GOC certifications, he has built a reputation for safe, professional, and guest-focused command. His career spans extensive work as both a freelance and permanent skipper, with experience in coastal, tidal, and ocean navigation across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Atlantic. Stjepan has led luxury charters on both monohulls and catamarans, tailoring every itinerary to reflect his guests’ preferences. Whether organizing a day of water toys, guiding a snorkeling excursion, or navigating a moonlit anchorage, he combines technical expertise with a thoughtful, attentive approach. Guests value his ability to balance adventure and relaxation, ensuring that each trip feels seamless, safe, and unforgettable. With a background in archaeology and guiding outdoor expeditions, Stjepan brings curiosity and depth to his voyages, often enriching the charter experience with stories and insights about the destinations visited. Chef Ana Kličan brings over a decade of hospitality experience and a strong culinary background to her role on charter yachts. With professional training from Le Cordon Bleu (Nutrition and Gastronomy) and the ŠKMER Mediterranean Culinary Arts Academy, as well as Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene and STCW certifications, she delivers cuisine that is as safe and professional as it is flavorful. Since 2021, she has worked as a charter yacht chef in Croatia, Greece, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the British Virgin Islands, planning all-inclusive menus, provisioning, and creating tailored dining experiences for guests. Her cooking style emphasizes fresh, vibrant, and health-conscious cuisine crafted from locally sourced and ethically chosen ingredients. Skilled in adapting to dietary requirements and preferences, she creates meals that range from plant-based and gluten-free to indulgent fine dining, always with a focus on detail, balance, and presentation. Guests appreciate her ability to pair nourishing food with memorable culinary moments that elevate the charter experience. Ana’s earlier career as a yacht stewardess and outdoor guide refined her skills in guest service, housekeeping, provisioning, and activity planning, making her a versatile and adaptable crew member. Fluent in English and Croatian, with additional French, she brings warmth, professionalism, and creativity to the table. Whether serving elegant dining under the stars or wholesome meals after a day of adventure, Chef Ana ensures every bite is both meaningful and memorable.
